A school or college hosts pupils or students, teachers, administrative staff, guest speakers and visitors on the same network. Everyone needs access, but not the same access.
The institution must also be able to respond if its connection is misused, while respecting the privacy of people who are sometimes minors. Collecting only what is strictly necessary is not just a legal obligation: it is a matter of trust with families.

Privacy
Teach, don’t track.
A school network is not a tool for analysing pupils. Logetic logs connections to protect the institution, without exploiting that data or passing it on to third parties. Only designated administrators can extract the logs.
What we record
Who connected, when and with which device: only what the law requires to answer an official request. No communication content.
What we don’t do
No profiling, no ad targeting, no reselling. Connection data serves only to protect the operator.
Where and for how long
Encrypted on the appliance. Kept in line with your obligations, then deleted automatically.
Do students have to create a new account?
No. Logetic connects to any type of directory: everyone uses their usual credentials.
Can an external trainer connect easily?
Yes. Reception or the course leader gives them a code valid for the length of their session.
Who can view the connection logs?
Only the administrators designated by the institution, and only when there is a legitimate need, such as an official request.
