Privacy
Visitors, not targets.
The portal is a showcase for the organiser and their partners, not a data-collection tool. Connection data serves to protect the organiser and is deleted automatically when the retention period ends.
What we record
Who connected, when and with which device: only what the law requires to answer an official request. No communication content.
What we don’t do
No profiling, no ad targeting, no reselling. Connection data serves only to protect the operator.
Where and for how long
Encrypted on the appliance. Kept in line with your obligations, then deleted automatically.
How is Wi-Fi for a trade show prepared?
The portal and profiles are prepared in advance. Your integrator coordinates installation with the venue’s network provider.
Can bandwidth be reserved for exhibitors?
Yes, each profile has its own bandwidth.
Can we show our partners on the portal?
Yes, if you wish: your partners’ logos and messages can appear on the portal.
What happens after the event?
Access expires automatically. Logs are kept encrypted for the required period, then deleted.
